At Excelia, a multinational consulting, technology, and professional services firm with over 25 years of experience and international presence, we are looking to hire a Senior Platform / Data Engineer to participate in a new technology initiative focused on AWS \+ Snowflake platforms. Location: 100% remote from Spain We seek a senior profile with solid experience in cloud environments and modern data platforms, capable of contributing to the design, development, and evolution of scalable, event-driven architectures. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain data solutions on AWS and Snowflake. * Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka. * Develop solutions in Python and SQL for data processing and integration. * Participate in automation processes using CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Collaborate with various teams to ensure platform quality, scalability, and performance. * Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture and data environment best practices. * Participate in cloud platform modernization and optimization initiatives. Technical Requirements * Solid hands-on experience with AWS. * Advanced knowledge of Snowflake. * Experience developing with Python and SQL. * Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures. * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Fluent English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with DBT. * Experience with Airflow.
