In close collaboration with our clients, we push boundaries to help them achieve their full potential. What Are We Looking For? We are currently seeking a Senior Data Developer who wants to participate in the design and development of data solutions in cloud environments, working on stable and collaborative projects within agile teams at GFT. Hybrid work model in Málaga, with occasional availability to attend the client’s offices located in the same city **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Design, development, and optimization of solutions in Data Lake environments, especially on Databricks. * Building and maintaining data pipelines and processes using Spark, Python, and SQL. * Integration, processing, and management of data on cloud platforms (Azure and AWS). * Active collaboration within Scrum teams, ensuring continuous and high-quality delivery. * Use of management, version control, and documentation tools such as Jira, GitHub, and Confluence. * Working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, H2) for solution development and support. **Desired Qualifications:** * Proven, solid experience with Databricks. * Proficiency in Spark, Python, and SQL development. * Experience working in Azure and AWS environments. * Knowledge and experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, H2). * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated tools (Jira, GitHub, Confluence). * Bonus: Experience in system integration and APIs, relevant for a later phase of the project. **Personal Competencies:** * Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity and commitment to quality and continuous improvement. * Strong communication skills and ability to share knowledge. * Autonomy in task management and accountability for commitments made.
