The selected candidate will lead budgetary control and the full project lifecycle, ensuring achievement of technical and financial objectives, particularly concerning public and private grants. Main Responsibilities * Preparation, monitoring, and control of the organization’s budget. * Identification and pursuit of public grants and private funding. * Technical and economic formulation of social intervention projects. * Analysis of beneficiaries’ needs. * Comprehensive project lifecycle management: initiation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, closure, and justification. * Technical and economic justification of projects before funding bodies. * Preparation and submission of applications to public and private calls for proposals. * Preparation of monthly financial reports for Management and Board of Trustees. * Design and management of volunteer programs, equality plans, sustainability initiatives, and awareness-raising activities. * Support to Management in strategic and operational tasks. * (Desirable) Delivery of workshops targeted at beneficiaries. Requirements * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in submission, implementation, and justification of public administration projects, preferably within the Social Action Third Sector. * Solid knowledge of public grant management.
