We are a global company specializing in **photovoltaic sector technology**, with over two decades of experience developing innovative solutions and contributing to a more sustainable energy model. **Your mission as Project Development Manager** You will join Soltec Energía Italia’s team based in Madrid, responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper development of photovoltaic power plant and associated battery projects up to ready-to-build (RTB), especially managing permitting processes, in coordination with corporate functions. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Lead and manage internal and external teams to achieve development and sales objectives. * Site identification and feasibility studies, including technical validation. * Analysis of Terna substations. * Review and modification of drawings provided by external service providers (e.g., external engineering firms). * Liaison with public authorities and document control until RTB approval, including AU and STMD permits. * Participation in due diligence for transactions. * Maintenance of relationships and operations with external service providers involved in project development (e.g., external engineering firms). * Processing of project-related documentation with various stakeholders. * Oversight and supervision of corporate-level project management execution. **What we’re looking for** **Essential requirements**: * Technical education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with specialization in electricity. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in photovoltaic energy project development companies in Italy, with specific knowledge of Italian regulations and country-specific requirements. * Knowledge of: + Photovoltaic project development processes in Italy, including permitting procedures and regulatory compliance with Italian public administration and regulatory bodies. + Electrical lines and substations. * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, customer orientation, and problem-solving capability. * Languages: Italian C1; English C1 is desirable. **Desirable requirements**: * Experience in photovoltaic plants or renewable energy projects. * Experience in hybrid and standalone energy storage plants. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AutoCAD (review of pre-developed drawings), terrain pre-feasibility viewers, and PVSyst. **Technical competencies**: * Technical rigor and analytical capability. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. **What we offer** **Purpose and sustainability** * Become part of a leading solar energy company, helping accelerate the energy transition. * Work with real-world impact: each project contributes to building a cleaner, more sustainable future. **Development and growth** * Opportunities for professional growth in international settings. **People-centered culture** * A collaborative, diverse, and respectful environment where inclusion and a sense of belonging are actively fostered. * A culture oriented toward learning, continuous improvement, and innovation. **Flexibility and well-being** * Flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. * Hybrid work model (one remote workday per week). * Afternoon off on your birthday. **Competitive compensation** * Variable remuneration. * Flexible benefits plan (childcare, health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation).
