Monitors stock levels and optimizes inventories of critical materials **At IZZON Lab, we redefine excellence in the development and manufacturing of personal care and fragrance products, as part of Daler Management — a group that includes companies such as Laboratorios Maverick and Grupo Ubesol.** **Job Description: Procurement Technician** **Location:** San Fernando de Henares, Madrid **Department:** Supply Chain **Reports to:** Supply Chain Manager **Job Objective:** To ensure the efficient and timely supply of raw materials, materials, and components required for production, optimizing stock levels and ensuring operational continuity in alignment with IZZON Lab’s quality, cost, and delivery standards. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\) Order and Purchase Management** * Place and process material orders according to production and planning department requirements. * Track orders to ensure on-time and correct delivery. **2\) Supplier Relationship and Negotiation** * Contact and negotiate with national and international suppliers. * Identify alternatives in case of incidents or stockouts. **3\) Stock and Materials Control** * Monitor inventory levels and ensure replenishment of critical materials. * Analyze consumption patterns and propose actions to optimize inventories. **4\) Documentation Management** * Review and archive documentation related to orders (delivery notes, invoices, quality certificates, etc.). * Maintain up-to-date procurement and stock management systems. **5\) Internal Communication** * Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse departments to communicate deadlines, issues, and priorities. * Participate in follow-up and continuous improvement meetings. **Requirements:** * Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred). * Minimum experience: 1 year in similar roles in procurement, purchasing, or logistics (experience in chemical, cosmetic, or food sectors is a plus). * Technical skills: ERP system proficiency, advanced Excel, document management, basic knowledge of logistics and inventory control. * Languages: English C1 **Key Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Internal customer orientation. * Negotiation ability. * Problem-solving. * Rigor and attention to detail. * Teamwork and communication. **Employment Conditions and Benefits:** * **Full-time contract.** * **Childcare support:** €50/month allowance, valid until July of each year. * **Support for children with functional diversity:** €40/month allowance. * **Baby Kit:** Baby care products following the birth of your child. * **Christmas Lunch:** Company-sponsored Christmas lunch. * **Christmas Hamper:** Christmas basket with traditional products. * **Vending Card:** €40 monthly service for use in vending machines. * **EDENRED Enrollment:** Activation of Childcare or Meal Vouchers. * **Health Insurance:** Access to discounted health insurance for employees. *We are a company* ***\#PeopleFirst*** *where people are the key to success.
