Job Summary: We are seeking a Preventive Resource to manage and implement occupational risk prevention measures, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage occupational risk prevention and conduct periodic risk assessments. 2. Train and educate employees on occupational risk prevention. 3. Ensure compliance with legislation and ISO standards. Mandatory requirement: 60-hour Preventive Resource certification. **Company car pickup point is Almoradí.** **Work location is San Juan de Alicante.** We are looking for a Preventive Resource to join our team in San Juan. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supervising occupational risk prevention measures across our facilities, aiming to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees. Your main responsibilities will include: * Occupational risk prevention management: Identify, assess, and control workplace hazards, implementing appropriate preventive and protective measures. * Personal protective equipment (PPE): Select, supply, and supervise proper use of PPE by employees. * Risk assessment: Conduct periodic risk assessments and document findings, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Occupational risk prevention: Design and implement risk prevention plans, including planning training and awareness activities for employees. * Occupational risk prevention training: Deliver training and education to employees on topics related to occupational risk prevention. * Legislation: Stay updated on current occupational risk prevention legislation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Professional responsibility: Act professionally and ethically, taking responsibility for your decisions and actions regarding risk prevention. * Industrial hygiene: Monitor and control environmental conditions in the workplace, implementing industrial hygiene measures when necessary. * Health and well-being: Promote employee health and well-being, collaborating with occupational medicine services and encouraging healthy lifestyles. * ISO standards: Ensure compliance with ISO standards related to occupational risk prevention management. Requirements: * Academic qualification in occupational risk prevention, industrial safety, or related field. * Proven experience in occupational risk prevention management, preferably in an industrial environment. * Solid knowledge of current legislation and regulations concerning occupational risk prevention. * Skills in risk assessment and designing effective prevention plans. * Ability to deliver training and raise employee awareness on workplace safety and health topics. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Commitment to continuous improvement and pursuit of innovative solutions.
