At **Sener Aerospace and Defense**, we are seeking Power Electronics Engineers for Flight Equipment to join our team at our Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) center.

**Your responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for designing power electronics for flight equipment, with the following main duties:
* Serve as the power electronics lead for the assigned project.
* Perform detailed design of low- and medium-power DC/DC converters and analog electronics.
* Characterize and tune circuits in cleanroom or laboratory environments.
* Conduct RAM analyses (Worst Case, Part Stress, FMEA, etc.).
* Process and present test results.
Additionally, you will carry out the following tasks:
* Interface with other departments regarding product development.
* Create schematics and PCB layouts.
* Simulate and model power circuits.
* Generate manufacturing documentation.
* Produce design documentation.
* Report product status to project managers and customers.
* Participate in proposals (technical support).
* Assume full responsibility for the assigned product.
**What we expect from you:**
* Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
* Advanced level of English.
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience in this role.
With proven experience in:
* Electrical CAD design tools.
* Circuit simulation in time and frequency domains (PSPICE, LTSPICE, or similar).
+ AC analysis simulation for DC/DC converters. Knowledge of typical transfer functions for common topologies.
* Design of classical topologies (Flyback, Forward, push\-pull, half\-bridge, Buck, Buck\-boost\-) in power electronics, including control and filtering.
* Equipment commissioning and laboratory work. Proficiency with instrumentation (oscilloscopes, electronic loads, frequency analyzers, etc.).
* Design documentation.
* Product responsibility.
* Interaction with customers and suppliers. Technical negotiation.
Desirable (not mandatory):
* Autonomy.
* PCB layout design.
* EMC knowledge.
* Magnetic component design.
* Version control tools (Git, Mercurial, Subversion).
* Programming.
