**What We Are Looking For:**
A **Pharmaceutical Project Manager** to join our team in **Madrid**, participating in innovative projects across the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food sectors, collaborating with prestigious clients.
**Your Responsibilities:**
As a member of our **Projects Department**, your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading the end-to-end project engineering execution—from initial planning through final delivery and invoicing.
* Developing and maintaining the construction execution plan, project schedule, and logistics plan.
* Coordinating human, material, and technical resources, defining tasks and time estimates by discipline.
* Supervising project quality, costs, and progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards.
* Conducting technical reviews of contracts.
* Preparing technical proposals, layouts, and engineering solutions, as well as recommendations for tenders (Tender Recommendation Reports).
* Producing progress tracking reports, KPIs, and periodic status reports for clients and management.
* Ensuring correct application of standardization criteria, CPQ style, and specialized design for cleanrooms and clean utilities.
* Drafting technical memoranda and economic estimates per client requirements.
* Ensuring compliance with company-defined standardization criteria and style guidelines.

### **Minimum Requirements**
**What We Seek in You:**
* Degree in Chemical Engineering. Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degrees will also be considered if supported by a solid foundation enabling valuable contributions to these projects.
* Experience in **engineering** and/or in **pharmaceutical, fine chemical, or API projects.**
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and/or REVIT.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** tools and **Microsoft Project.**
* English language proficiency.
* Availability for travel is desirable (**driver’s license** required).
