DESCRIPTION **Join Eosol Group as a PCYM Engineer!** -------------------------------------------------- **Eosol Group** is seeking a **Protection, Control and Measurement (PCYM) Engineer** to join our dynamic Transmission and Distribution (T\&D) Department. If you are a professional passionate about substation engineering and looking for a hybrid work environment that fosters development and collaboration, this is your opportunity! **About the position:** **As a PCYM Engineer, you will be a key contributor to substation project development, actively participating in both owner’s engineering and detailed engineering phases. Your expertise will be essential to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our control and measurement systems.** **Key responsibilities:** * Participate in detailed engineering development for substations within the PCYM scope, including single-line diagrams, developed schematics, interconnection diagrams, and control architecture. * Perform accurate calculations for selecting control cable cross-sections. * Calculate required capacity for 125VDC rectifier and battery systems. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of PCYM systems. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and technical standards. * Participate in the review and validation of designs and technical specifications. * Support resolution of technical issues during design and execution phases. **What we are looking for:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of demonstrable PCYM engineering experience, preferably in substations. * **Education:** Technical or University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of protection, control, and measurement principles in substations. Familiarity with control and automation systems. Experience in cable cross-section calculation and battery sizing. * **Tools:** Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting technical drawings and schematics. * **Languages:** Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency.
