Description
We are seeking an **Organization Manager** to ensure the daily management of the Digital Water and Circular Economy Division. Your mission will be to coordinate at a high level a portfolio of R\+D projects and client services, organizing a multidisciplinary team to guarantee deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and optimize work procedures and methodologies.
You will join **ITG**, a private technological center with offices in **A Coruña** and **Vigo**, specialized in developing differentiated new technologies and composed of a team of over 200 people committed to generating real societal impact. **The challenges** ️
* Manage a portfolio of national and international R\+D\+i projects, as well as client services.
* Ensure compliance with quality procedures within the area.
* Define and implement methodological improvements in project, resource, and documentation management, with continuous monitoring of their effectiveness.
* Estimate and forecast workloads and bottlenecks.
* Complement and coordinate the technical team, promoting autonomy, responsibility, collaboration, and growth of the area.
* Implement operational governance to ensure objective achievement: follow-up meetings, KPIs, and dashboards.
* Anticipate risks and deviations in scope, schedule, cost, or quality, defining corrective actions.
* Monitor economic performance: budgets, staff allocations, margins, variances, etc.
* Coordinate internal suppliers and support areas, resolving blockers and prioritizing tasks.
**What we expect from your profile**
* Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of prior experience in similar roles.
* Advanced English proficiency (equivalent to C1\).
* Excellent writing, presentation, synthesis, and reporting skills.
* Knowledge of technological solution development is considered a plus.
* Leadership ability, customer and goal orientation, rigor, and autonomy.
* Residence in A Coruña or surrounding areas.

* Permanent contract, with a 6-month probationary period

* Summer working hours from June to September (Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00\). Winter working hours from October to May (Monday to Thursday, arrival between 8:00 and 9:00, departure between 17:00 and 18:00; Friday, 8:00–15:00\)
