We are looking for a **Microsoft Licensing Manager** to join our team, **reporting directly to Executive Management** and participating in key strategic decisions. **Profile we seek:** **Education:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration. * Specific training in Microsoft solutions and licensing will be valued. **Experience:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in Microsoft offerings. * Experience in preparing commercial proposals and negotiating with clients and partners. * Up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates in Microsoft licensing. * Established relationships with strategic contacts within Microsoft. **Skills and competencies valued:** * Negotiation ability and results orientation. * Proactivity and autonomy in licensing management. * Ability to optimize licensing strategies according to customer needs. **Work Mode: On-site \- Madrid** **What do we offer?** Stable employment and participation in Microsoft strategic projects.
