In Technology \& Transformation, we are looking for people to join our ESG Technology area. We specialize in providing companies with strategic and tactical insight into the global sustainability technology landscape, supporting organizations in stepping back and developing a digitalization strategy around their sustainability information and management—ensuring security, regulatory compliance, accurate monitoring, and operational efficiency. **Our approach is built on the following key pillars:** **ESG Technology Conceptualization:** We help our clients reflect on the scope and characteristics—as well as their aspirations—regarding their ESG-related technology ecosystem. **ESG Technology Benchmarking:** We support enterprises in selecting, based on data, requirements, objective and weighted criteria, the most suitable technology to meet their current and future needs. **Sustainability Reporting Digitalization:** We deliver technology solutions enabling companies to automate end-to-end non-financial reporting—from data collection to report generation. **ESG Technology Ecosystem Architecture and Integration:** We integrate reporting, climate, nature, traceability, and value chain tools with existing corporate systems (ERP, EPM, data lakes, etc.), ensuring end-to-end data consistency. **ESG Data Models and Information Governance:** We define data models, taxonomies, and governance structures to ensure quality, traceability, and control of non-financial information. **Value Chain Digitalization for ESG Traceability:** We enable technology solutions to measure impact, conduct digital due diligence, manage third-party data, and ensure traceability (EUDR, CBAM, DPP). What Is the Challenge? ESG Tech works hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure the digitalization of their ESG initiatives using the best market technologies. With an innovation- and data-integration-driven approach, we help organizations transform their ESG technology landscape—securing their market position and preparing them to face future challenges. You will serve as the direct client liaison, leading project management and responding to real-time demand. You will contribute to designing technology solutions, as well as planning and scoping projects focused on managing our clients’ risks. You will manage budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and costs. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing project teams, fostering their professional development through training, mentoring, and customized career path planning. How Do We Envision You? You have over 6 years of experience in ESG-related technology projects, preferably in consulting environments, and familiarity with technologies such as Workiva, Watershed, SAP ESG, Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, CredibleESG, or Microsoft Sustainability Navigator. Problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to propose alternatives. Proven ability in team management, task coordination, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact clearly and effectively with clients and teams.
