We are seeking a professional with experience as a **maintenance engineer**, **holding qualifications officially recognized for practice in Spain.** Essential requirements: * Experience: **Verifiable** between 3 and 5 years in managing or supervising maintenance of HVAC and low-voltage installations. * Valid driver's license: Class B. * Officially recognized qualification. Desirable requirements: * Knowledge of energy efficiency. * Proficiency in control systems (BMS) and monitoring systems. * Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). * Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) and budgeting tools (TCQ, Presto). * Knowledge of photovoltaic installations and field experience.
