At MATRIX DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, we seek to hire a Junior Programmer eager to learn and develop professionally within the industrial and technology sectors. You will join a senior team with extensive experience in industrial automation, industrial software, computer vision, and AI applied to production environments, participating in real projects for major industrial clients and the automotive sector. We are looking for a proactive person with a positive attitude, adaptability, and motivation to grow technically alongside a highly specialized team. Main Responsibilities: * Support the senior team in industrial automation and digitalization projects. * Basic development and support of industrial software. * Assistance in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI systems. * Support during commissioning and on-site installations at client locations. * Assistance in configuring industrial equipment and networks. * Participation in computer vision and artificial intelligence projects. * Maintenance, basic diagnostics, and resolution of incidents. * Preparation of technical documentation and internal support. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related vocational training. * Basic programming knowledge. * Interest in industrial automation and emerging technologies. * Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Ability to learn and work collaboratively. * Proactive attitude and desire for professional growth. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience or interest in computer vision. * Technical English proficiency.
