




DESCRIPTION **Responsibilities and requirements** Plan, coordinate and supervise the development and implementation of software projects, ensuring compliance with objectives regarding time, cost and quality. **Key responsibilities:** * Define and manage project scope, schedule and resources. * Coordinate the development team and other technical and functional roles. * Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve issues. * Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. * Ensure delivery quality and compliance with requirements. REQUIREMENTS **Basic requirements:** * Previous experience in managing software development projects. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional ones (PMI). * Leadership, communication and team management skills. * Analytical ability and results orientation. **Desirable qualifications** * Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI\-ACP or Scrum Master. * Experience managing projects with external vendors or distributed teams. * Technical knowledge in programming languages, software architecture or databases (even if not a technical role). * Experience in system integration or multi-technology projects (ERP, CRM, web, mobile, etc.). * Familiarity with management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, MS Project or Monday.com. * Experience working within DevOps, CI/CD or cloud environment management frameworks (Azure, etc.). * Ability to manage scope changes and handle client expectations. * Capability to analyze business processes and translate them into clear technical requirements. * Proficiency in English or other languages for international projects. * Experience in digital transformation, automation or artificial intelligence projects.
