The Procurement Department supports various business areas, ensuring efficient management of the company’s technology acquisitions. We work cross-functionally with internal teams and strategic suppliers to secure hardware, software, telecommunications, and professional services — optimizing costs while guaranteeing the quality of contracted solutions. What You Will Do As an IT Procurement Technician (m/f/d), you will actively participate in the administrative and operational management of the company’s technology procurement. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Managing procurement processes for hardware, software, telecommunications, and professional services. Negotiating commercial and contractual terms with strategic suppliers. Tracking orders and ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and conditions. Analyzing costs and identifying budget optimization opportunities. Managing the registration and control of technological inventory. Coordinating with various business units to identify needs and deliver optimal solutions. Supporting corporate projects related to the Procurement Department. Key Responsibilities Procurement Management Processing and supervising acquisition processes for technology solutions. Ensuring efficient supply of resources required by the company. Maintaining up-to-date documentation and administrative control of procurement activities. Supplier Relationship Management Negotiating commercial and contractual terms with technology-sector suppliers. Monitoring compliance with agreements, deadlines, and service-level commitments. Contributing to maintaining strategic relationships with key suppliers. Coordination and Optimization Collaborating with internal teams to identify procurement needs. Participating in the monitoring of corporate projects. Proposing improvements aimed at cost and process optimization. What We Are Looking For Education University degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification in IT systems or related fields. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement-related role. Experience negotiating technology purchases (hardware, software, telecommunications, and professional services). Experience in dynamic, multi-company environments is desirable. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with the technology market and contract management. Proficiency in procurement management tools (desirable). Ability to monitor corporate projects. Analytical capability focused on cost and process optimization. Key Competencies Proactivity.
