IT Demand Management Project Manager (Infrastructure)

**Description:** ---------------- At Grupo NS, we are seeking an IT Demand Management Project Manager with solid technical expertise in infrastructure (on\-premise, cloud, workplace, and security) and strong management capabilities to lead and coordinate the IT service demand for a financial sector entity. The selected candidate will act as the central point of demand, ensuring that proposals and offerings align with service development and quality. **Mandatory:** Experience in demand, portfolio, or PMO management within an IT environment (not limited to project delivery only). Proven experience managing infrastructure project demand—not solely application development projects. Demonstrable interaction with business stakeholders, architecture teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors. Proficiency with at least one PPM/ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). Strong Excel/Power BI skills for reporting purposes. Native or fluent Spanish and local presence (remote/hybrid work). Desirable: Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments. Certifications in ITIL, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), or PPM. Previous experience as an IT Project Manager or in project/portfolio governance. Proficiency in business case development (CAPEX/OPEX, TCO) and scoring/prioritization models.
