Identify talent potential with sound judgment and vision We are looking for a **proactive and experienced recruitment specialist** to join our team and support the company’s talent acquisition efforts. This position will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer communication, with the goal of attracting top talent to the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop recruitment plans according to departmental needs and post corresponding vacancies; * Source and screen candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.); * Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, as well as collaborate with teams in subsequent stages of the process; * Manage the candidate database and maintain an updated talent pipeline; * Track hiring processes and support new employee onboarding; * Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience; * Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team, strengthening group cohesion. **Requirements:** * University degree (Bachelor’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; familiarity with common hiring channels; * Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with ability to work under pressure; * Ability to identify talent potential with sound judgment and vision; * Proficiency in office software; basic data analysis skills are a plus.
