Job Summary: We are seeking a Head Chef to oversee operations, create menus, and manage teams in a professional kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages quality control, inventory, and kitchen supply. 2. Leads menu creation, dish design, and sanitary supervision. 3. Collaborates in the selection and training of the kitchen team. **Minimum Requirements:** Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate/Advanced Level) in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy. Specialized training in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy from Hospitality Schools. Minimum 5 years of verifiable work experience as a Head Chef. WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of verifiable work experience as a Head Chef in hotels. **Job Description:** We need to hire a Head Chef; main responsibilities include: \- Overseeing maintenance and use of departmental machinery, materials, tools, and goods; conducting inventories. \- Preparing, presenting, and designing menu and buffet dishes; creating menu cycles. \- Portioning all dishes and buffet items offered to customers. \- Placing orders for goods and raw materials, managing their storage, preservation, and yield. \- Collaborating in designing the Food Safety Management System (HACCP Plan) and supervising its proper implementation, control, and sanitary recordkeeping. \- Ensuring that approved objectives and budgets for the facility are met. \- Controlling expenditures. \- Selecting, evaluating, and collaborating in the training and development of team members. \- Complying with, and ensuring compliance with, quality, safety, and health regulations.
