**Company Description** F.C. Badalona Women, founded in 2025, is a professional women's football club competing in Liga F, the top tier of Spanish women's football. Based in Badalona—one of Catalonia’s major cities—the club is built upon the conviction that women's football deserves its own identity and approach. In this new phase, the club is progressively strengthening its structure both on and off the pitch. The project offers an opportunity to participate in the evolution of an ambitious club seeking to leave its unique mark on the development of women's football. **Financial Analyst Intern** The person joining as Financial Analyst Intern will support the Club’s finance department in tasks related to financial control, accounting, treasury, and reporting. They will participate in monitoring income and expenses, monthly closing processes, and budgetary analysis, collaborating in the preparation of financial information and supporting the day-to-day economic management of the Club. **Key Responsibilities** * Support monitoring and control of the Club’s income and expenses. * Support monthly accounting closing processes and preparation of financial reporting. * Support budget monitoring and analysis of key variances against actual results. * Support treasury management, with emphasis on tracking receipts and payments. * Review and organize invoices, supporting documents, and accounting and financial records. * Support preparation of information for audits, grants, and other departmental requirements. * Develop and maintain financial control models, databases, and tools in Excel. * Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving, digitizing, and automating the Club’s finance department processes and procedures. **Profile** * Final-year undergraduate student in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field; or Master’s student in Sports Management and Administration. * Ability to formalize a training agreement with a university or educational institution. * Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and financial analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Analytical, organized, and methodical profile, with strong attention to detail. * Initiative, capacity for learning, and proactive attitude. * Interest in building a professional career in Finance, Controlling, and business management. * Fluent Spanish; English and Catalan are assets. **Note: This position is based in Badalona, with the possibility of remote work to facilitate compatibility with studies.** **Safeguarding Statement** FC Badalona Women is committed to safeguarding, welfare, and protection of children and vulnerable persons, and expects all staff to share this commitment.
