Being part of a leading company in sustainable construction. **Why do we need you?** We are looking for a person responsible for performing and supervising accounting tasks, as well as controlling costs associated with the production process. This position will be key to ensuring proper financial management, monitoring profitability, and optimizing resources, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency and sustainability. ✨ What will you do? • Record raw material consumption by category via Matusage. • Analyze and adjust product recipes in SAP if necessary. • Manage small purchases carried out directly at the factory. • Liaise directly with suppliers and with the central purchasing department. • Monitor incoming raw materials. • Receive cardboard orders in SAP. • Track the cardboard file: cardboard inflows and consumption per production line. • Communicate with the Logistics and Quality departments. • Support the Quality department in preparing reports on cardboard complaints. • Control and update cardboard pricing. • Prepare the annual cardboard budget. • Conduct raw material and cardboard inventories together with the Administration Department Head. • Prepare daily meeting minutes. • Verify IN4 reconciliation. • Update product BOMs. • Prepare general purchase orders (environment, general services). **Is this job right for you?** If you feel comfortable in environments requiring technical leadership, autonomy, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and decision-making in changing contexts. Knowledge / Tools • Advanced Excel proficiency is essential. • Intermediate SAP knowledge in Logistics and/or Finance modules.
