**Temporary Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)** -------------------------------------------------- **Profile** At TBWA\-DDB, we are seeking a **Digital Project Manager** to temporarily join our team during a maternity leave coverage period, managing digital and CRM projects for one of the leading brands in the automotive sector. We need a candidate with prior experience who can quickly integrate into a complex environment, working with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrating strong orientation toward project planning, coordination, and execution. **You are the person we are looking for if...** * You have at least **4 years of experience** managing digital projects. * You have worked on **CRM** projects, digital campaigns, and digital communication ecosystems. * You are accustomed to coordinating teams comprising strategy, creative, content, UX, development, and data professionals. * You can translate business needs into clear work plans and coordinate them through to launch. * You possess the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * You are solution-oriented, autonomous, and able to seamlessly integrate into established teams. * You are proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar. **Your responsibilities** * You will coordinate digital and CRM projects within the brand’s ecosystem. * You will manage campaigns, iterative updates, and digital initiatives together with the various involved teams. * You will serve as the main point of contact between the client and the internal team for assigned projects. * You will coordinate the planning, tracking, and launch of digital initiatives. * You will prepare briefings, define requirements, and ensure proper project execution. * You will participate in meetings with clients, Headquarters, and other partners. * You will track tasks, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality. * You will collaborate on continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.
