We enjoy sharing achievements, learning, and celebrating our journey: we organize team buildings, town halls, special events, and… much more! * Hybrid work model (2 days at HQ and 3 days remote). * Flexible hours Monday to Thursday, and a compressed workweek on Fridays and during summer. * A birthday day off, family discounts, and additional benefits designed to support your well-being and professional growth. **Your Role** * Design and maintain data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, and loading), as well as data models supporting reporting and analytics. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability by integrating diverse internal and external data sources, and managing and evolving integrations with source systems. * Automate data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. * Support business analytical needs by enabling reliable data access and usage, as well as supporting the data layer feeding tools such as Power BI (including semantic modeling and dataset certification). * Contribute to the evolution of the data ecosystem and future advanced analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives, ensuring sound technical practices and data governance. * Work with a high level of operational autonomy as the team’s technical data reference. **You’ll Shine in This Role If You Have** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or related field; a Master’s degree or specialization in Data Engineering, Cloud, or Data Analytics is a plus. * 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineer or similar roles, building data pipelines, data modeling, and writing SQL. * Experience working with diverse data sources and integrations, understanding how to efficiently connect and structure information. * Experience in cloud-based data environments (especially Azure) and with ETL/ELT tools, orchestration, and architectures such as data warehouse or lakehouse. Experience with solutions like Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks is also valued. * Proficiency in Python or scripting languages. * Experience collaborating with business, IT, or analytics teams. * Advanced English proficiency. **Ready to inspire?** If you’re motivated to build from scratch, work with data, and make a real business impact, this is your challenge.
