Job Description Mission: Collaborate with and support projects carried out by your unit/department, following instructions provided by your supervisor, in order to carry out assigned tasks and acquire foundational skills within your area of activity. Sub-function responsible for executing, monitoring, and reporting on the administrative/financial activities of a company or project, through planning, organization, documentation recording, report preparation, data entry, and maintenance of the operational office—with particular focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and banking transactions, tax settlements, and preparation of basic annual financial statements; maintaining the organization’s accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes; conducting basic financial analyses. Also provides administrative support to all organizational processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management of forecasts and audit justifications. * Support in customer and operational cost analysis. * Administrative process control: tracking purchase orders, delivery notes, etc. * Budget evolution monitoring. * Control of structural overhead expenses.
