**Job Description** At The Whiteam Consulting, we are seeking a Functional Java Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to join a long-term technology project. We are looking for a candidate with experience in functional and technical analysis, capable of acting as a liaison between business and development teams, participating in requirements definition, feature coordination, and evolution of Java-based solutions. If you are passionate about functional management of technology projects and wish to join a multidisciplinary team, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Analyze and define functional and technical requirements. * Act as the liaison between business and development teams. * Prioritize and track product features. * Prepare functional and technical documentation. * Collaborate with development teams in defining Java-based solutions. * Participate in planning and tracking of development activities. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Java Consultant, Functional Analyst, or similar roles. * Experience in functional and technical analysis. * Knowledge of Java. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Residence in Bilbao or surrounding areas, with availability to commute to Larraskitu. **Desirable** * Experience as a Product Owner. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience in software development projects. **Conditions** * Location: Bilbao (Larraskitu). * Work mode: Hybrid. * Employment contract: €33,000–€35,000 SBA, depending on experience. * Start date: As soon as possible. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals possessing extensive experience in technology consulting.
