If you identify with us, if you are bold, creative, and passionate about this industry… join Only YOU Hotels as a CENTRAL RESERVATION AGENT! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Managing Business-to-Business (B2B) reservations (OTAs, GDS, Travel Agencies, TTOOs) and corporate reservations for individual guests. * Issuing quotations, confirmations, and follow-ups. * Negotiating corporate rates. * Managing payments and reviewing arrivals. * Monitoring various reservation platforms and systems. * Performing standard central reservation department tasks. Minimum Requirements **To be a strong fit, you should bring:** * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are valued. * Minimum one year of experience in a central reservation department, preferably in luxury hotels. * Professional training or customer service experience; a university degree in tourism is highly desirable. * Familiarity with certification standards such as Leading Hotels of the World. * Proficiency in hotel sales terminology. * Strong customer service orientation, understanding, and experience. * Effective and efficient problem-solving skills. * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in reservation systems and processing, including related operational implications.
