




Are you passionate about customer service, teamwork, and interested in developing within a dynamic environment in the food distribution sector? **Grupo Spar Pérez Bolaños** is looking to incorporate a butcher into its team, with the ability to perform duties across various sections: cash register, charcuterie, fruit and vegetable, bakery, and customer service. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in butchery. * Teamwork skills, initiative, and customer orientation. * Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon. Responsibilities: * Receive raw materials according to the delivery note of the received meat shipment. * Prepare meat for commercialization. * Set up and arrange the butchery display area for customers. * Serve customers. * Place orders. * Record losses. * Participate in inventories. * Maintain merchandise and work area in proper hygiene and food safety conditions. * Cut, fillet, and slice meat pieces appropriately for display and sale. * Monitor product weighing. * Select and prepare displays, bundles, breaded items necessary for individual sales. * Place products in trays or wrap as specified by counter layout. * Label meat with names, types, and prices. * Check product expiration dates. * Keep all work tools clean and disinfected. * Perform packaging operations on meat pieces or preparations that require it. * Create product recipes (escandallos). * Advise customers on primary culinary uses of each meat cut.
