Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Architect to develop architectural projects and oversee construction projects, coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams in Barcelona. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment within a young, multidisciplinary team At SOCOTEC Spain, we are looking to hire a Senior Architect to join our Architecture team at our Barcelona office. The selected candidate will participate in architectural project development and construction supervision, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary technical teams. Responsibilities * Preparation of Basic Projects and Execution Projects. * Construction supervision and monitoring. * Coordination with construction teams and other technical departments. * Regulatory compliance justification and technical support throughout project development. * Preparation of measurements and budgets. * Management of technical documentation and use of collaborative platforms.
