As part of our positioning as a technological reference, we aim to hire an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and industrialization of Artificial Intelligence solutions in innovation, cybersecurity, defense, and regulated environment projects. We seek a candidate with a strong architectural vision and extensive experience integrating AI technologies—capable of connecting models, platforms, and intelligent services with real operational environments, ensuring the highest levels of performance, scalability, security, and traceability. What will you do? Design and define AI architectures aligned with business, operational, and mission-critical needs. Lead the integration of AI models via APIs, microservices, and inference services in cloud, hybrid, and on\-premise environments. Define deployment and operational strategies for AI solutions in production. Establish architectures oriented toward scalability, availability, resilience, and system security. Lead the implementation of MLOps practices for end-to-end model lifecycle management. Define mechanisms for monitoring, observability, and performance control of models in production. Manage validation processes, versioning, and continuous improvement of models, datasets, and features. Oversee detection and mitigation of model drift and performance degradation. Participate in defining CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices applied to AI environments. Technically lead multidisciplinary teams of AI Engineers and specialists in development, data, and infrastructure. Review technical documentation, ensure solution quality, and support implementation. Communicate complex solutions to technical, operational, and business stakeholders. Collaborate in evolving corporate architectures and AI-related technological capabilities. Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or PhD in related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect. Minimum English level B2\. Experience designing and implementing AI architectures in enterprise and operational environments. Solid knowledge of applied statistics and data extraction and analysis algorithms. Experience with decision trees, probabilistic networks, association rules, clustering, regression, and neural networks. Experience integrating AI solutions via APIs, microservices, and inference services. Knowledge of training and inference platforms in cloud, hybrid, and on\-premise environments. Experience deploying and operating AI models in production. Knowledge of MLOps, automated deployment, and model monitoring. Experience managing versioning of datasets, features, and models. Familiarity with tools such as DVC, Feast, or equivalent solutions. Experience working with CI/CD environments and DevSecOps practices. Knowledge of testing, observability, and governance of AI model lifecycles. Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams. Excellent analytical capability, results orientation, and technical documentation skills.
