




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic administrative assistant to provide support in notarial and registry documentation and collaborate on digital marketing tasks. Full-time schedule with split shift from Monday to Friday This is an administrative position based in Barcelona, supporting the preparation of documentation for notaries, Property Registries, and deeds. The role also involves managing reports and collaborating on digital marketing tasks, such as publishing advertisements and maintaining the company website. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a split shift between 09:00 and 18:00, including breaks as stipulated by law. * Experience in administrative tasks; experience in basic digital marketing is highly desirable. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Residency near the workplace is an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. * Vocational Training (FP) in Administration, Commerce and Marketing or equivalent.
