




Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics and customer service administrative assistant to manage the international sales order cycle, documentation, invoicing, stock, and transportation. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of the sales order cycle for distributors 2. Coordination of logistics operations and international documentation 3. Transportation analysis and incident management We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in the logistics and customer service department, located in Barcelona. Main responsibilities include full management of the distributors’ sales order cycle, working closely with country managers. This includes preparation and oversight of all documentation required for international operations, ensuring compliance with current regulations and agreed specifications. The role also involves product invoicing, issuance of commercial documents, and management of payment methods and guarantees in accordance with international contracts. The position entails organizing and controlling stock, warehouses, transportation, and distribution, guaranteeing product tracking and traceability. It requires analyzing various transportation options, managing non-conformities, destructions, incidents or distributor claims, as well as preparing reports on key warehousing performance indicators. Temporary contract, full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. English \- Very High. French is an asset. * Degree in Business Administration and Management
