




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform administrative tasks in logistics and customer service, managing orders, international documentation, invoicing, and stock control. Transportation analysis and incident management We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in the logistics and customer service department, located in Barcelona. Main responsibilities include full management of the sales order cycle for distributors, working closely with country managers. This includes preparation and supervision of all documentation required for international operations, ensuring compliance with current regulations and agreed specifications. The role also covers product invoicing, issuance of commercial documents, and management of payment methods and guarantees according to international contracts. The position involves organizing and controlling stock, warehouses, transportation, and distribution, guaranteeing product tracking and traceability. It requires analyzing various transportation options, managing non-conformities, destructions, incidents or distributor claims, as well as preparing reports on key warehousing indicators. Temporary contract, full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, morning shift. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. English \- Very High. French is a plus. * Degree in Business Administration and Management
