Vendor-related tasks **Jobs by Adlanter** is recruiting, for one of our clients — a **well-established advisory firm located in central Barcelona** — an: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** The selected candidate, working closely with the rest of the team, will be responsible for various administrative functions, including: * Document management. * Collections and payments control. * Vendor-related tasks (insurance companies, cleaning services, consultants, etc.). We are looking for a candidate with **administrative education** appropriate for this role and relevant experience in administration and/or accounting gained within **finance, insurance, mortgage processing, notary offices, and/or rental management firms.** We offer an indefinite-term contract, with remuneration negotiable based on experience and value added. Office hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM and 3:00–7:00 PM; Friday: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM * **Administrative education** appropriate for this role * Experience in administration and/or accounting
