**About WindowSight** We are rolling out our app to millions of TVs internationally as a native art gallery and screensaver, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and learn how the entire digital advertising ecosystem works. We are not looking for an expert—we are looking for someone eager, curious, and capable of learning quickly. You will work side by side with the CEO and receive direct training from our technology partners. **The Role** We are introducing advertising to the platform and seeking someone with hands-on Ad Operations experience who wants to lead the advertising monetization of a rapidly expanding streaming platform. You will work directly with the CEO and have real autonomy from day one. **Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize our ad server * Monitor advertising performance and build reporting * Connect and manage demand partners * Define IAB taxonomy for inventory * Collaborate with the product team on the monetization flow **Requirements** * Minimum 1\-2 years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, trafficking, or programmatic campaign management * Familiarity with advertising platforms (GAM, DV360, Equativ, Magnite, FreeWheel, or similar) * Analytical ability to build reporting and make data-driven decisions * Functional English (spoken and written) * Spoken Catalan—it is the office language * Availability to come in person 2 mornings per week to Terrassa (Barcelona) **Nice to Have** * Experience in CTV, OTT, or streaming environments * Experience on the publisher side (managing owned inventory) * Knowledge of IAB taxonomy **Conditions** * Full-time position * Hybrid work: 2 mornings per week in Terrassa, rest remotely * Start date: September 2026 * Salary negotiable based on experience * Phantom share plan **How to Apply** Send your CV to careers@windowsight.com with the subject line **"Ad Operations Specialist Mid \- First and Last Name"** Salary: 20\.000,00€\-50\.000,00€ per year Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company laptop * Training program * Optional remote work Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Terrassa, Barcelona province (Terrassa, Terrassa)
