Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse assistant and forklift operator for grain silos, with experience operating front-end loaders and forklift trucks, to perform loading, unloading, organization, and grain control tasks, supporting daily operations. Real possibility of an indefinite-term contract **Warehouse Assistant - Forklift Operator (Silos)** We are looking for personnel to work as a warehouse assistant in the silos located in the Valdefuentes del Páramo area. Prior experience operating front-end loaders and forklift trucks is required. Duties include receiving, unloading, and loading grain at the silo facilities, as well as operating forklift trucks and front-end loaders to move, store, and organize grain. Basic product control tasks are also performed, along with support for daily operational processes and collaboration in maintaining facility order and cleanliness. During the harvest campaign, support is provided to the operations team. Immediate start is required. An initial temporary contract is offered, with a real possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. The salary is competitive and adjusted according to experience, approximately €20,000 per year.
