Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender for a hospitality establishment in Tordesillas, focused on agile and friendly service, beverage preparation, and cash handling, while maintaining hygiene and stock replenishment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct and efficient customer service with courtesy. 2. Beverage preparation and maintenance of hygiene in the work area. 3. Cash handling and restocking inventory. This position is located in the service area of a hospitality establishment in Tordesillas, focusing on bar-related tasks. The role involves direct customer interaction, efficiently and courteously taking and serving orders, preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, and operating the cash register. Agile and friendly service is required to ensure a positive dining experience, contributing to the smooth operation of the venue. The environment is dynamic and demands the ability to handle varying customer volumes, especially during peak hours. The candidate must ensure the bar is always well-stocked and organized, complying with food quality and safety standards. Fluent communication with the team is essential for service coordination and resolving any incidents. Stock replenishment and basic inventory control of bar products are also part of the duties. The role requires standing for extended periods and maintaining a proactive attitude toward business needs. On-the-job training will be provided; prior experience in similar sectors is valued positively. The ultimate goal is to deliver professional service meeting both the establishment’s and its customers’ expectations. A personal vehicle and a Class B driving license are required. Residence in Tordesillas or at the workplace location is optional. Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts, as per the established schedule, is necessary. Prior experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage. Full-time employment.
