




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Technician with a disability certification to address and resolve hardware and software incidents, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support to users for hardware, software, and networks. 2. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. 3. Inventory management and documentation of equipment and software. The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, through its corporate consulting service, is selecting an IT Support Technician with a disability certification of 33% or higher for a company located in Barcelona. As a User Support Technician, your responsibilities will include: User Technical Support • Address and resolve incidents related to hardware, networks, and peripheral devices. • Address and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 suite software. • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to organizational users. • Document, classify, and track requests via the ticketing management system. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance • Diagnose and resolve failures in printers, laptops, and peripherals. • Perform physical and logical maintenance (cleaning, deletion of temporary files, disk defragmentation, etc.). • Apply security, firmware, and driver updates to ensure workplace environment stability. • Replace physical components: hard drives, RAM modules, keyboards, displays, batteries, etc. Reinstallation and Configuration of Windows 10/11 • Configure the operating system, activate licenses, and customize settings according to company requirements. Inventory Management and Documentation • Maintain an updated record of company equipment, licenses, and software. • Prepare incident reports. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Degree, Technical Engineering, or Higher Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or equivalent vocational training in the technological field. Technical knowledge: • Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. • Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online / Teams / OneDrive. • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management. • Experience installing and configuring software and hardware. • Proficiency with system diagnostic and recovery tools. • Problem-solving skills and user-oriented attitude. • Basic knowledge of computer networks and information security. • Inventory management and control. • Ticketing tools. Languages: Spanish. English and Catalan are desirable. * BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR ENGINEERING * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * English (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Desirable: • PowerShell knowledge. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Microsoft Admin Center management. • SharePoint Online knowledge. • Power BI knowledge. • Additional training in information security (ENS, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001) will be valued. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (20 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '800' to '900' * Other relevant details: • Work location: Barcelona • Contract type: Permanent • Salary: €9,000–€10,000 gross annual, depending on candidate’s experience. • Working hours: 20 hours per week • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 (4 hours per day) • Work modality: On-site • Start date: Immediate
