Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant to lead digital transformation, interacting with business and clients on highly complex projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **SAP Data Migration Consultant** with advanced experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration who wants to participate in highly complex digital transformation programs. You will play a key role engaging with business and clients, leading data migration processes in large-scale implementation and roll-out projects. This position is based in Spain under a hybrid work model, with some days worked remotely from home and others at the office—where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Responsibilities: * Design and execution of data migration strategies in SAP S/4HANA projects using tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, or external ETL solutions. * Analysis, cleansing, and transformation of legacy data to ensure quality and consistency prior to loading into SAP. * Definition of transformation rules and functional mappings in collaboration with business stakeholders. * Execution of migration cycles (mock loads, validations, cutover) and support during go\-live. Accountabilities: * Lead end\-to\-end data migration processes in SAP implementation and roll-out projects. * Serve as the primary point of contact for business and clients to define data requirements and validate outcomes. * Coordinate migration activities with functional, technical, and integration teams. * Ensure quality, integrity, and traceability of migrated data through controls and validations. Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP data migration projects. * Experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or roll-out projects involving data migration. * Minimum 2 years of experience using migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, or ETL solutions. * Minimum 2 years of experience defining data validations, reconciliation, and quality control. * Minimum English proficiency level B2 for professional conversation. * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. Alternatively, a minimum of 4 additional years of SAP migration experience may be accepted as equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience with advanced integration or ETL tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica, Talend). * Minimum 1 year of experience in international projects or multi\-country deployments. * Minimum 1 year of experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe). * Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating teams or leading migration streams. * SAP certifications related to S/4HANA or Data Migration.
