Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant to lead data migration processes within high-complexity digital transformation projects. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an **SAP Data Migration Consultant** with advanced experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration who wishes to participate in highly complex digital transformation programs. You will play a key role interacting with business and clients, leading migration processes in large-scale implementation and roll-out projects. This position is based in Spain under a hybrid work model: working from home on some days and from the office on others, enabling you to build meaningful synergies with your team. Responsibilities: * Design and execute data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA projects using tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, or external ETL solutions. * Analyze, cleanse, and transform legacy data to ensure quality and consistency prior to loading into SAP. * Define transformation rules and functional mappings in collaboration with business stakeholders. * Execute migration cycles (mock loads, validations, cutover) and provide go\-live support. Accountabilities: * Lead the end\-to\-end data migration process in SAP implementation and roll-out projects. * Serve as the primary point of contact for business and clients to define data requirements and validate outcomes. * Coordinate migration activities with functional, technical, and integration teams. * Ensure migrated data quality, integrity, and traceability through controls and validations. Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP data migration projects. * Experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or roll-out projects involving data migration. * Minimum 2 years of experience using migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, or ETL solutions. * Minimum 2 years of experience defining data validations, reconciliations, and quality controls. * Minimum B2 level of English for professional conversation. * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. Alternatively, minimum 4 additional years of SAP migration experience as equivalence. Desirable Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience with advanced integration or ETL tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica, Talend). * Minimum 1 year of experience in international projects or multi-country deployments. * Minimum 1 year of experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe). * Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating teams or leading migration streams. * SAP certifications related to S/4HANA or Data Migration.
