Design work shifts and schedules. Assign specific tasks to each operator. Plan special or deep-cleaning operations. Establish operating protocols. Quality Supervision and Control: Inspect the condition of cleaned areas. Resolve daily operational issues. Coordinate and lead the work team. Support tasks when staff is short.
