




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Receptionist for our student residence, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and comprehensive resident experience management. Dynamic role involving reservation management, sales, and resident well-being **Description:** ---------------- A leading company in the **Student Residence** sector requires a **Receptionist** for our student residence in Málaga. In this position, you will primarily support the Reception Department and Management, working closely with both to deliver an outstanding resident experience through high-quality customer service focused on sales, maintenance, and property cleaning. **Job Responsibilities:** * Internal customer service, as well as service to potential customers (by phone and in person). * Commercial visits. * Follow-up of potential customers (leads). * Management of short- and long-term reservations. * Resident check-in / check-out. * Management of room changes and/or additional services. * Management of the activities program. * Contractual documentation management. * Collection management for the additional services we offer. * Room availability monitoring. * Handling of incidents, complaints, and claims. * Any other tasks related to resident well-being. **We Offer:** 40-hour and 20-hour contracts, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. **Requirements:** --------------- * Computer literacy. * Minimum one year of experience in reception roles. * Experience working with young people is desirable. * A person with strong communication and organizational skills, who is solution-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven, accustomed to teamwork and collaborative work environments. * **B2 level English proficiency is mandatory.**
