What will your responsibilities be? * Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of residential communities. * Cleaning of homes, buildings, entrances, staircases, garages, and common areas. * Cleaning of courtyards, terraces, windows, and other surfaces. * Operation of professional pressure washers (Kärcher or similar) and other specialized cleaning machinery. * Proper use of professional products and equipment, adhering to safety and quality protocols. * Inspection of facility conditions to ensure excellent service delivery. * Basic maintenance and care of assigned machinery. * Compliance with the company's established quality standards. Candidate Profile We Seek We seek an individual who stands out for commitment, responsibility, and dedication to high-quality work. Essential requirements: * Proven experience in professional cleaning. * Experience operating Kärcher pressure washers or similar machinery. * Ability to work independently and in an organized manner. * Punctuality, seriousness, and attention to detail. * Good physical condition to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Positive attitude and respectful interaction with clients and colleagues. **For positions involving travel**, holding a valid **Class B driver's license** will be considered advantageous but is not mandatory.
