Production Supervisor

Description

A company specializing in the manufacture of solar protection systems is seeking to hire a **Production Plant Supervisor**. The selected candidate will work **under the supervision of the Production Manager**, and will be responsible for organizing and supervising daily plant operations. Their primary role will be to **coordinate staff, assign tasks, and supervise that work is carried out correctly and in accordance with the schedule established by the Production Manager**. Main responsibilities * Organize daily work assignments for plant personnel according to instructions from the Production Manager. * Distribute tasks and priorities among workers. * Supervise that personnel are properly organized and performing assigned duties. * Monitor compliance with manufacturing orders and established priorities. * Coordinate operations across different production areas. * Supervise **CNC machining, pre-assembly, product fabrication, and preparation processes**. * Identify production issues or delays and report them to the Production Manager. * Verify that work is performed correctly and in accordance with received instructions. * Track pending tasks. * Supervise workplace order, cleanliness, and organization. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Resolve day-to-day operational incidents within their scope of responsibility. * Report any incidents related to personnel, production, machinery, or materials to the Production Manager. * Collaborate with the Production Manager to improve plant organization. **Candidate profile sought** We seek a candidate with **leadership ability and experience managing teams**, capable of organizing daily work and ensuring adherence to established instructions. The candidate must be **responsible, organized, solution-oriented, and authoritative**, able to identify problems and promptly communicate them to the Production Manager. Teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously are essential.
