A company in the food sector, specialized in processing and manufacturing nut-derived products, is seeking to hire a **Production Operator for the Optics Section**. What will be your responsibilities? * Operation and supervision of the **optical selection machine** for nuts. * Visual inspection of the product during the selection process. * Adjustment and monitoring of machine parameters according to the product and quality standards. * Detection and removal of defective or out-of-specification products. * Monitoring proper feeding and operation of the production line. * Performing product changeovers and basic machinery adjustments. * Quality and performance control of the process. * Cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine and workstation. * Compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations. What are we looking for? * Prior experience in production roles, preferably within the food industry. * Experience with optical selection machines or industrial machinery will be valued. * A responsible, observant, and meticulous individual regarding product handling. * Availability to work a **fixed afternoon shift**.
