




, Talentis Selección is looking for a **PRODUCT MANAGER – Agri Sector** to join a company specialized in solutions for farmers, with a solid track record in the distribution of fertilizers, agrochemicals, and agronomic technical services, located in the province of **Jaén.** **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS PROJECT?** **Main responsibilities:** \- You will coordinate the development and launch of innovative solutions in fertilizers, software, and agronomic services in collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and development departments. \- You will identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and lead the introduction of new products into the national market. \- You will be responsible for the company's digital area, coordinating content creation for the digital platform in collaboration with the IT team. \- You will maintain direct contact with technology providers to implement digital solutions tailored to the agricultural sector. \- You will provide technical support to the sales team for the implementation and expansion of the product catalog. \- You will organize and participate in field days, technical talks, and industry events. \- You will collaborate in the development and improvement of the digital field notebook and other management tools. \- You will analyze agronomic and market data to make strategic decisions. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Degree in Agricultural Technical Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, or similar. \- Additional training in technical marketing and product development. \- Technical knowledge in fertilization, soils, and crops. \- Experience as Product Manager, Product Technician, or in similar roles within the agro-industrial / agri-tech sector. \- Experience in precision farming, technologies such as sensors, drones, or GIS, as well as in the development or use of agronomic software will be valued. \- Familiarity with agricultural regulations (integrated production, organic farming, and integrated pest management). \- Proficiency in office software tools. \- Technical English (B2) is desirable. * **Skills and competencies**: \- Strategic vision, business orientation, and analytical ability. \- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude. \- Results-oriented and high autonomy. \- Collaborative leadership, decision-making, and teamwork. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** \- A solid and growing project within a company with strong technical-commercial positioning. \- Indefinite contract. \- Competitive salary between 25,000€ and 35,000€ gross/year plus incentives. \- Flexible working hours, hybrid remote work. \- Continuous training. \- Company vehicle. \- Positive work environment, with team activities and incentives such as trips.
