Physical endurance for refrigerated environments Carnimad is recruiting for a major meat processing company located in Madrid city center, seeking an Order Preparation Assistant, Packaging and Processing. *Objective:* Perform packaging activities and, occasionally, portioning of products in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations under the supervision of the Packaging and Processing Supervisor. * Carry out product packaging following established procedures and technical specifications. * Adjust and operate packaging machinery to ensure proper functioning. * Perform product portioning when required, ensuring accuracy in quantities and presentation. * Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations throughout all operations. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the packaging area. * Prepare and label packaged products according to customer specifications or internal standards. * Verify that labels are correct and properly affixed. * Sort and prepare products according to their destination (direct sale, packaging, freezing, etc.). * Label and weigh products in accordance with established standards. * Coordinate with other operators and follow instructions from the Packaging and Processing Supervisor. * Participate in organizing daily tasks to meet production deadlines and objectives. * Separate and manage by-products generated during cutting operations in accordance with company regulations. * Ensure product traceability is maintained throughout preparation and dispatch. * Clean equipment, machinery, waste, intermediate by-products, etc. *Education:* No specific academic qualifications required. Experience: Prior experience in similar roles involving order preparation, packaging, or production in industrial settings—especially meat processing industries—will be valued. Qualities: Attention to detail to ensure product quality. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Commitment to workplace hygiene and safety standards.
