Team collaboration in a dynamic and responsible environment We are seeking personnel to join the grape harvest campaign and carry out various operational tasks within a winery. Responsibilities include supervising and controlling machinery used in wine production, as well as performing grape weighing and intake at the beginning of the process. Personnel also assist in the final production phase, handling bottling and palletizing of finished products for subsequent distribution. Other responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining tanks, vats, and facilities—essential for ensuring hygiene and quality standards. Work may take place in confined spaces and at heights, such as walkways and staircases, requiring constant attention. Occasionally, personnel assist transporters or clients visiting the facility by providing basic information and supporting logistics. Activities run from the first or second week of August until the end of September, aligning with the harvest season. The position may be located in Sant Sadurní, Vilafranca del Penedès, or Sant Cugat Sesgarrigues. A positive attitude, responsibility, commitment, and the ability to work collaboratively while following precise instructions in a dynamic environment are highly valued.
