**Description:** ---------------- At **Operex Desarrollos SL, a company of the Térvalis Group**, we are seeking a person to cover the **office cleaning service vacation period** across several of our workplaces located in **Teruel and Sarrión**. **What will your responsibilities be?** Your primary mission will be to maintain offices and common areas in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and hygiene, contributing to providing a pleasant and well-maintained working environment for all employees. * Cleaning of offices, private offices, meeting rooms, and common areas. * Cleaning and disinfection of restrooms. * Emptying trash bins and replenishing consumables as needed. * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the facilities. * Compliance with established cleaning procedures. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract to cover the vacation period. * Start date: August 7 until October 1. * Full-time work during August and part-time work during September. * Opportunity to join a solid company belonging to the Térvalis Group. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience in office, building, or facility cleaning will be valued. * A responsible, organized individual with attention to detail. * Ability to work autonomously. * Own vehicle is **mandatory** for traveling between different workplaces.
