We are seeking a Microcomputer Technician profile for Sevilla. Temporary contract. Main Responsibilities 1\. Installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment (hardware) Assembly, installation, and configuration of personal computers, printers, basic servers, and computer peripherals. Additionally, performs preventive maintenance (cleaning, optimization, analysis, etc.) and corrective maintenance (diagnosis of issues and replacement of damaged components, such as graphics cards, hard drives, or RAM modules). 2\. Software and operating system management Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, software programs, and applications. The technician is not an alternative to DAM or DAW, but rather collaborates with and complements them to ensure application operability. 3\. Local network (Networking) administration These professionals are also responsible for installing and connecting components that constitute local area networks (LANs). Examples include routers, switches, and Ethernet and Wi\-Fi access points. Their work focuses on ensuring devices are correctly connected and operational, aiming to guarantee fast and reliable internet connectivity at all times. 4\. Technical support and user assistance (Helpdesk) Assisting users in resolving issues with the computers and software applications they use daily. Their mission is to resolve incidents, provide remote or on-site assistance, and document problems and applied solutions. 5\. Basic cybersecurity Implementation of basic security measures in accordance with security standards. Installation of antivirus software, basic management of pre-configured firewalls, and backup management. They may also train users on best practices in this area.
