




We are a hostel with a friendly and multicultural atmosphere. We are looking for someone with experience in accommodation management, who enjoys customer service and has initiative to lead the day-to-day operations of the hostel. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily operations (reception, cleaning, maintenance). * Ensure a positive guest experience and resolve issues. * Organize shifts and manage the team. * Manage reservations, check-in/check-out, and PMS tools. * Monitor inventory, suppliers, and small budgets. * Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards. **Requirements** * Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or tourism. * **High proficiency in Spanish, English, and French** — other languages will be highly valued. * Leadership ability and good communication skills. * Organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. * Basic knowledge of management tools (PMS, Office, etc.). * Availability to work weekends or shifts as needed. **We Offer** * International and dynamic environment. * Opportunities for growth and internal training. * Positive work climate.
